Dartmouth alumnus awarded WTC re-design
The Dartmouth: "The World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition jury announced the winning design yesterday, choosing to construct 'Reflecting Absence,' the proposal of Dartmouth alumnus Michael Arad '91.
