Newest issue of The Mass Media is up on the web.
I interviewed a state representative last week, on a bill he introduced which would affect fee structure on tuition bills.
I'll post a complete transcript if possible, since this was trimmed down by two hundred words or so.
The issue and the bill have been flying low under the radar, but we've been covering it since the start of school.

It's also touched off debate within the paper's letters to the editor pages.
