Conservative student writes on summer spent at Globe
A Washington University student interned at the Boston Globe this past summer:
"So, now you might wonder, 'How was it inside the liberal media?' I recognized that the so-called 'liberal' print media were just as knee-jerk and uniformed as their television counterparts at times. But as a copy editor, I found myself working with some very vigilant and intelligent people. Some of the reporters and columnists were also the cream of the crop and I'd be remiss not to mention that the people were, for the most part, extremely helpful and excited to know more about me as a person..."
The internship program he got in through is here.
